The outer wheelhouse top cap patch panel repairs the area where the outer wheelhouse meets the quarter. This panel is about 4 inches wide and runs from the bottom front of the wheelhouse and stops where it meets the rear wheelhouse extension. Patch panels are stamped from 19 to 20 gauge cold-rolled steel. Painted or otherwise modified sheet metal is not returnable regardless of the reason.
