Made in the U.S.A. with 19 gauge steel as original. Die stamped one piece steel. Wire beaded & serrated as original. Most mounting holes are drilled. Feedback from our customers has been favorable. Like any new steel body part fitting may be required, especially with regard to bolt-hole alignment, etc. This is true when aligning with other reproduction sheet metal, or even 75 year old used Ford parts.
Steel front fenders are for all models. Not all fenders are stocked. Non-stocked steel or fiberglass fenders are special order. Please allow at least three of four weeks for special delivery.
Do not paint your new steel fenders until you have test-fitted them . Indeed, all body parts require some attention before being ready to paint. If any fitment work is needed, you don't want to damage the paint , or contaminate it with oil. (Also, painted fenders cannot be returned for obvious reasons.) With this in mind, it is wise to test fit your new steel fenders as soon as you receive them.
When you have everything aligned properly & are satisfied with the fit, be sure to thoroughly clean the fenders with a degreasing solution & a metal prep to remove any oil residue. Don't delay getting started on test-fitting, since bare steel fenders will rust almost instantly & rusted parts cannot be returned.
