The correct grommet for this cover is our C8AZ-6A892-A. We do not currently have a twist-on chrome breather cap however, we do have a twist-on adapter (C5AZ-6A868-A) that allows the use of push-on breathers, such as our B6AZ-6766-B, B7AZ-6766-AC & C5ZZ-6766-DR, all of which are chrome.
