Three piece set needed to install the choke rod. The rubber grommet is for the bracket hanging from the fuel tank, leather washer, and steel cup washer. The leather washer goes against the outside of the firewall and the steel cup shaped washer goes between the the leather washer and the choke rod spring. The steel washer is the correct washer, not a floorboard washer. U.S.A.
